Exercise can help with arthritis-associated depression – ARUK

People with arthritis who are also suffering from depression could benefit from a programme of exercise, according to a new study. A team at West Virginia University in the US, carried out a meta-analysis of existing published research that aimed to resolve previous conflicting findings on the effects of exercise on depressive symptoms in adults with arthritis and other rheumatic conditions.
